Our Fragrances: 

What are inspired by fragrances? 

These are our own version of well known designer brand fragrances that we have created by working with expert fragrance developers and pulling on our industry experience. We are able to do this because companies aren’t able to trademark a scent, even the big designers - they can only trademark their branding.

How are you able to create inspired by fragrances that are so affordable? 

We are able to do this by focusing on the product itself and once the fragrance formula has been perfected, it can be recreated time and again very affordably. We never compromise on ingredients or scent. We don’t spend massive amounts on marketing, advertising or packaging and we are able to pass this saving on to you, the customer. 

Are the fragrances long lasting? 

Yes! All of the fragrances in our range are parfum, which is the strongest concentrate available. This means not only do they last a long time, they also retain that first spray freshness. 

Are the fragrances vegan friendly and cruelty free?
Yes! We only use vegan friendly and cruelty free ingredients and oils in our fragrance. They are all hand made and poured by our team in the UK so we have full visibility of the process. 

How should I store my fragrances?
We would recommend storing your fragrances out of direct sunlight and away from any hot or cold sources. 

My fragrance has changed colour - what happened? 

On rare occasions, due to the nature of fragrance mixtures, they can change colour slightly over time. This is just the mixture settling and maturing. You may notice more of a change if your fragrance was a newly made batch. Sunlight can also have this effect. There will be no effect on the scent itself and it is still safe to use. 


Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or amend my order?

We do aim to process and dispatch orders within one working day however, if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we will do our best to help you. However, this cannot be guaranteed. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

We currently only ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland. 

When will my order be dispatched? 

We strive to dispatch all orders on the same day as the order is placed. Our cut off time for guaranteed same day dispatch is 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

How long does it take to deliver my order? 

Our Standard Shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours which aim to be delivered within two working days after dispatch. 

Our Express Shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hours which aim to be delivered the next working day after dispatch. 

For Highlands and Islands this could take 1 day longer. 

Please take into account that Royal Mail don't deliver on bank or public holidays.

Where is my order?

Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of dispatch (remember to check if the email is in your junk/spam folder).

What do I do if my order arrives damaged? 

Please take pictures of the outer packaging, the damaged items/s (making sure that the fragrance number is visible) and then email the pictures to our Customer Support Team at info@thefragranceco.co.uk. Please do not dispose of the bottles or packaging until we have advised you that we completed our investigations. All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.

My tracking states that the order was delivered, but I have not received it?

Please check the photo on the tracking link for details as to where your parcel has been left. Most couriers operate no contact deliveries now, so if you are not at home they will leave your parcel with a neighbour or in your safe place. If you are unable to locate it, please contact us on info@thefragranceco.co.uk to open an investigation. Our couriers will complete a detailed investigation and if delivery is found to be non compliant we will resend your order. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery date.
