Returns Policy

Please contact us on info@thefragranceco.co.uk if you would like to return your item/s for a refund or exchange and we will send you instructions on how to do so. 

We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or an exchange. We assume customers will have tested a spray or two before returning, however we cannot accept bottles that have been used beyond this or returned outside of our 30-day policy. These items will be sent back to you. We can only facilitate exchanges once per order. 

All returns will be processed within a week of receipt and we will let you know when it has been completed.

Bundle Sets:

If you have purchased a bundle set, please return all items within the set if a refund is required. Otherwise, we can only offer an exchange. For further details, please reach out to our Customer Services Team at info@thefragranceco.co.uk.

Free/promotional items:

Any free items received in a promotion cannot be returned for a refund. If a free item was part of your original order and you decide to return part or all of the order, bringing it below the threshold for the free item, you must return the free item as well. Failure to return the free item will result in a deduction of its full retail value from your refund. The free item must be returned in unused condition.

Shipping Costs: 

Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs. We would recommend using a shipping service with a tracking facility and retain your proof of purchase. We are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.

Damages or Faults:

If any of your items are unfortunately damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item upon receipt of the order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
