Standard Shipping
For orders under £40, there's a delivery charge of £1.99, while it's free for orders over £40.
We utilise Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service for shipping. Your order will typically arrive within 2-3 working days.
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available for £2.99.
We utilise Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service for shipping. Your order will typically arrive the next working day.
When will my order be dispatched?
We strive to dispatch all orders on the same day as the order is placed. Our cut off time for guaranteed same day dispatch is 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the following working day.
What if I want to return my order?
We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or an exchange. We assume customers will have tested a spray or two before returning, however we cannot accept bottles that have been used beyond this or returned outside of our 30-day policy. These items will be sent back to you. We can only facilitate exchanges once per order.
All returns will be processed within a week of receipt and we will let you know when it has been completed.
Are the fragrances long lasting?
Yes! All of the fragrances in our range are parfum, which is the strongest concentrate available. This means not only do they last a long time, they also retain that first spray freshness.

It's always a risk buying perfume without actually knowing what it smells like in reality - I liked the description of this one and it does smell lovely; my only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it's very different from my usual scents and I'm not yet sure it is really "me"!
I have already emailed to request return as it smells nothing like English pear and freesia. I have not heard anything yet re returning so will be emailing customer support again tomorrow

Similar to sauvage not very strong.
The perfume smells nothing like coco mademoiselle. It’s more like a horrible freesia smell. Last time I purchase from you. Don’t bother sending vouchers The spray on the bottle keeps sticking proper cheap and nasty.

Fantastic fragrance great copy
The perfume 222 is really lovely, it smells wonderful and you really cannot tell it apart from the real thing. It lasts on me for a very long time, which is more than the real perfume does. I really recommend this company they give you perfumes that some people perhaps would not buy because of the price.
