Shipping Information

Standard Shipping

For orders under £30, there's a delivery charge of £3.59, while it's free for orders over £30.

We utilise Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service for shipping.Your order will typically arrive within 2-3 working days.

Express Shipping

For orders under £30, Express Shipping is available for £4.39, and it's free for orders over £30. 

We utilise Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service for shipping.Your order will typically arrive the next working day. 

When will my order be dispatched?

We strive to dispatch all orders on the same day as the order is placed. Our cut off time for guaranteed same day dispatch is 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

What if I want to return my order?

We accept product returns within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or an exchange. We assume customers will have tested a spray or two before returning, however we cannot accept bottles that have been used beyond this or returned outside of our 30-day policy. These items will be sent back to you. We can only facilitate exchanges once per order. 

All returns will be processed within a week of receipt and we will let you know when it has been completed.

Are the fragrances long lasting?

Yes! All of the fragrances in our range are parfum, which is the strongest concentrate available. This means not only do they last a long time, they also retain that first spray freshness.
